2.Gandhi Museum: This museum is located in the historic palace of Rani Mangammal and houses a collection of exhibits on the life and work of Mahatma Gandhi. The museum is a great place to learn about Gandhi’s philosophy of nonviolence and its impact on India’s struggle for independence.
Thirumalai Nayak Palace: This palace was built in the 17th century by King Thirumalai Nayak and is an excellent example of the fusion of Dravidian and Islamic styles of architecture. The palace has a beautiful courtyard, a throne room, and a dance hall.
3.Mariamman Teppakulam: This is a beautiful temple tank located about 5 km east of Meenakshi Amman Temple. The tank is surrounded by a beautiful garden and has a small island in the center.
